2011 till 2014 Launch of GNC Germany GmbH, In the position of CEO and partner, Stefan manages the business of the newly formed EU affiliate company of a Swiss importer - specialists in trade of hazelnut products.

In 2015 Stefan founds the consultancy business First Crop Trade Consulting.

 

As a recognized expert in the dried fruit and nut business, he advises trading companies

and start-ups who intend to internationalize their raw material sourcing and assists them

in the organization and management of import procedures.

 

He successfully assists a renowned Italian nut producer in expanding their export business

of Italian organic almond kernels.

 

On behalf of European customers, he is engaged in performing market analysis,

with the aim of optimizing the procurement strategies for shelled nuts and seeds.
